How to request deletion
- Send an email to landstepapp@gmail.com.
- Use the subject “LandStep Account Deletion Request”.
- Where possible, send the request from the Google account email associated with LandStep.
- We will verify account ownership before processing the request.
- We will communicate the result through email.
Keep your credentials private
Never send a password, Google authentication token, access token, refresh token, or other secret credential by email. We will not ask you to include them in a deletion request.
Data covered by a request
A request may concern account and profile information, gamertag and avatar details, step wallet records, step and achievement history, land and auction associations, and other game/account associations linked to the account. The final scope depends on the backend records and the ownership verification result.
Some records may need special handling
Active auctions, land ownership relationships, financial or settlement records, security records, and other records subject to legitimate retention obligations may require special handling. We do not promise a specific deletion result or retention period on this page, and we do not provide a guaranteed processing timeframe.
